Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients, maintaining relationships and growing their spend.

You will work with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients, and you will upsell new projects while meeting a seven-figure annual quota. This is a full-time remote role with base plus commission.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience is a must.
• Proven ability to keep clients and grow their spend with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retain across your book: manage relationships, renewals, and early warning signals.
• Upsell and expansion: identify and sell the next project inside each client.
• Achieve a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and the delivery team to present one clear voice to clients.

About The Role

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
