Job summary

Auris Surgical Robotics Technologies is seeking a field-based sales professional to lead end-to-end program development, drive procedure sales, and deliver clinical adoption within hospitals and ASCs.

You will execute quarterly business plans, forecast sales, and collaborate with Territory Managers to maximize revenue while maintaining regulatory compliance. Travel up to 75% is required as part of delivering patient-centric, high-value solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, or Associate degree/Medical Certification with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
  • Travel up to 75%, including overnight travel within territory.
  • Work in hospital or ASC settings and wear protective gear (lead aprons, masks).
  • Self-starter with autonomy; problem solver in high pressure environments.
  • Works well with team and shares sales strategies with management and peers.
  • Able to articulate customer needs to the organization.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Able to work in ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 regulated environment.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success for Auris Surgical Robotics Technologies.
  • Drive procedure sales, support, and utilization.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed, frequently updated strategic territory business plan.
  • Present realistic sales forecasts to sales management.
  • Partner with Field Sales Territory Manager counterparts on strategic sales activities maximizing Auris Health capital system and procedure sales.
  • Lead technical and clinical product demonstrations to drive sales and adoption.
  • Execute referral education activities that increase procedure sales.
  • Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocols with sales and service teams.
  • Support new customers in clinical adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics technologies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience or Associate degree or Medical Certification + minimum of 5 years of professional and/or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel within the assigned territory
  • Required to work in a hospital or ASC setting, attend live patient cases when required, and wear necessary protective gear (e.g., lead aprons, masks)
  • Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and problem solver who can think critically in high pressure environments
  • Works well with the team and frequently shares sales strategies and key learnings with sales management and peers
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and collaborates within a matrix team environment
  • Proven ability to articulate customer needs and feedback to the organization
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to communicate at a high and frequent level daily with sales management and the broader organization
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
  • Valid driver's license required
