Job summary

Jobtailor in Charlotte, NC seeks a field-sales professional to drive territory growth through proactive account management and hands-on customer engagement with healthcare professionals. You will support product evaluations and clinical procedures, educating surgeons, nurses, and staff while ensuring product availability and accurate territory reporting.

The role requires travel across the territory to customer sites and healthcare facilities, plus a driver’s license and 1+ year in outside sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel across the territory incl. customer sites and facilities.
• 1+ year of outside sales or related experience preferred.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical or life sciences sales preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth through sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to customer education and engagement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role (preferred)
• Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities (preferred)Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments (preferred)
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment (preferred)
