Conviva is seeking an Account Manager to manage key media and entertainment accounts, working with their video, AI Agent, advertising, and digital application teams. You will own the renewal process end-to-end, manage negotiations, and lead quarterly business reviews to grow account revenue.

The role requires 5+ years of sales/account management experience at a tech company, with a focus on AI, analytics, and big data.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management at a leading technology company.
• Experience selling AI, analytics, and/or big data is preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and client management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your customer base. Own the renewal process end-to-end.
• Manage contractual negotiations and the execution of expansion and renewal contracts.
• Meet with the customer onsite and build relationships in person.
• Set the overall strategy for the account and collaborate with technical teams to expand products and revenue.
• Organize and lead customer Quarterly Business Reviews and key meetings.
