Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation seeks an experienced Account Manager to maximize revenue from key hyperscale customers. You will build long-term relationships with purchasing, supply chain, engineering and related functions, coordinating with internal teams and Tokyo HQ to align sales with operations.

Remote position based on the West Coast with travel to NA sites. The role requires deep enterprise account experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience.
• Experience in managing large-scale, strategic enterprise customers.
• Experience selling IT-related products (software and/or hardware).
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing hyperscale customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts, leading end-to-end proposals.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Engage with purchasing, engineering, SCM, and other stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Tokyo headquarters to align sales activities with operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and support production scheduling and inventory planning.
• Review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms with internal stakeholders.
