Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; an AA/AS/BA is a bonus.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research and discovery.
• Analyze customers’ needs and offer personalized freight solutions.
• Match customer demand with quotes for freight inquiries.
• Build strategies that increase sales and strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain accurate information in operating systems.
• Organize and manage daily shipments to support the No-Fail policy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support drivers with mobile tracking system adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of shipping lanes geography and seasonality.
