Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required but a bonus; sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discovery.
• Analyze customers’ needs and offer personalized solutions to their problems.
• Match customer demand with quotes for freight inquiries.
• Build strategies that drive increased sales and stronger partnerships.
• Maintain accurate information in company systems and manage daily shipments to uphold our No-Fail policy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
