Circle Logistics is a 3rd party logistics firm focused on delivering No-Fail Service, Personalized Communication, and Innovative Solutions. We seek a Senior Account Manager to drive B2B sales and build lasting partnerships while advising clients on freight solutions.

You will analyze customer needs, craft personalized freight options, manage shipments, and collaborate on pricing strategies in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research and discovery.
• Analyze customers' needs and offer personalized freight solutions.
• Match customer demand with quotes for freight inquiries.
• Build strategies to increase sales and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate information in operating systems.
• Organize and manage daily shipments to uphold No-Fail policy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support drivers with mobile tracking system transitions.
• Maintain knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
