Job summary

Amrecco, based in Los Angeles, seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow existing customer relationships in a global eCommerce logistics context. The role emphasizes building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional service, with bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.

You will manage accounts, conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Operations/CS to resolve issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and renewal success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Track revenue, volume, and profitability for customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Assist with implementing new products and services.
