Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery is seeking an Account Manager to join on-site in Carson, CA. You will act as the primary contact for strategic international and domestic accounts, balancing cross-border needs and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience in account management or related fields, fluency in Mandarin and English, and familiarity with Asia-to-U.S. supply chains. Travel may be required to support clients globally.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of account management or logistics sales experience.
• Direct experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or international trade is preferred.
• Experience with Asia-to-U.S. supply chains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for assigned strategic customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts and actively support new business development initiatives.
• Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and long-term needs.
• Work hand-in-hand with warehouse operations to ensure SLAs are met and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Lead and participate in customer meetings, facility tours, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and operational discussions.
