Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to drive new business acquisition and customer growth for Amazon Global Logistics in Bellevue, WA. You will target FBA Sellers, build a strong pipeline, and lead negotiations to deliver effective logistics solutions.

You will present remotely and on-site, collaborate across teams, and craft content to attract new clients while exceeding sales targets. A Mandarin background and advanced Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling.
• Fluent Mandarin (read, write, speak).
• Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, or marketing.
• Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new FBA Seller accounts to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently converting high-potential leads into active clients.
• Implement consultative selling techniques to uncover supply chain challenges and present solutions.
• Conduct persuasive remote and in-person sales presentations to demonstrate value of Amazon Global Logistics.
• Lead strategic negotiations with new clients to deliver compelling implementation frameworks.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and network connections.
• Create and maintain external facing content including guides and videos.
• Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to strengthen sales approaches.
