Job summary

EP Executive Press, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader, Account Management to lead a high-performing renewal-focused team in a fully remote, nationwide capacity. You will drive ARR and retention, while coaching individual contributors to elevate customer engagement and expand recurring revenue.

You will challenge existing renewal processes, partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to improve onboarding experiences, and guide complex renewal conversations to protect and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in sales, account management, or renewals.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing a team (SaaS or high-growth preferred).
• Proven track record designing or managing customer journeys focused on onboarding, adoption and trust.
• History of meeting or exceeding revenue or retention targets.
• Ability to challenge processes and drive operational change within a team.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, forecast, and deliver on ARR and retention targets.
• Guide the team to maximize customer lifetime value through onboarding and ongoing relationships.
• Mentor team members through 1:1s, shadow sessions, and deal reviews to improve engagement and risk management.
• Analyze renewal processes to identify friction and implement more efficient practices.
• Support high-value or at-risk renewals, leveraging executive relationships to close milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on customer health and post-onboarding handoffs.
