BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 7+ years of B2B sales experience in digital advertising
3. Proven track record in video advertising sales
4. Experience selling various video formats (programmatic, direct, sponsorships)
5. Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
6. Experience working with agencies and brands
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills
8. Fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment advertising
2. Knowledge of streaming media and content creator ecosystems
3. Experience with podcast, audio, or live content monetization
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Experience presenting to senior executives
6. Track record of exceeding sales targets
7. Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
