Video advertising is a rapidly evolving industry with many technologies involved. As viewers shift from traditional TV to OTT platforms, publishers are adding more online video content. Amazon’s video program leverages unique assets like customer insights, exclusive content, and inventory across streaming services such as IMDb TV, Twitch, Prime Video, Amazon Music, and devices like Fire TV, Echo, and Fire Tablet. Our goal is to be an end-to-end service for advertisers and agencies, continuously innovating and expanding globally.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to support our growth and achieve objectives for the Twitch business. You will manage campaign delivery for major advertisers, optimize supply and monetization, and ensure high standards in technical and operational implementations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, persistent, and capable of resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues to ensure advertiser success.
  2. Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures for incident response.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to propose strategies for maximizing video advertising performance.
  4. Develop expertise in product functionalities and train customers and stakeholders accordingly.
About the Team

The Video Ads Demand & Monetization team aims to create the world's most engaging video advertising experience. We develop demand products that enable advertisers to buy video media across various publishers and devices. Our team is focused on innovation, launching new capabilities, inventory, and measurement technologies across Amazon.

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with data analysis skills.
  • Experience in annual brand and media planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience analyzing data to identify performance drivers and optimize campaigns.
