Job summary

PerchPeek Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to win new business across the UK and Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, generate most of your pipeline, and target 1–2 pilots per month, translating pilots into full-scale deployments.

The role emphasizes autonomy, high performance, and shaping go-to-market strategy while traveling across Europe as needed in a remote-first setup. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with mobility-focused enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a top AE delivering pilots to contracts.
• Experience running pilots or PoCs and converting to full contracts.
• Able to generate own sales pipeline and close complex deals.
• Experience managing full sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Land new logos through pilots and convert to full rollout.
• Target UK/European tech and AI scale-ups and enterprises.
• Manage enterprise mobility deals as part of the portfolio.
• Build your own pipeline via network, referrals, and events.
• Contribute to GTM playbooks and shape future AEs.
• Grow the PerchPeek network and represent the company at events.
