Job summary

Einstellen.io is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of client accounts within recruiting and staffing. This full-time, remote role leads the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and develops consultative relationships with decision-makers to deliver tailored talent solutions.

Daily duties include discovery calls, presenting proposals, tracking pipelines and forecasts, and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in Sales, Staffing, Solutions, Payroll, or RPO.
• Strong client relationship, consultative selling, and retention skills.
• Business development with prospecting and pipeline management.
• Recruiting industry experience and understanding hiring workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development and closing.
• Build consultative relationships with decision-makers to identify hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and manage pipelines and forecasts.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention; track market trends.
• Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to refine services and offerings.
