Job summary

Higgsfield AI is hiring a Senior Account Executive to scale product-led revenue across strategic accounts. You will drive activation, retention, and expansion while translating usage into revenue opportunities. The role blends Product, Revenue, Customer Success, and Growth to unlock enterprise value.

We seek 8+ years in GTM or related roles at PLG/usage-based SaaS. This fully remote position supports NY/LA bases with occasional travel to SF.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering.
• Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies.
• Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, focusing on usage, contract expansion, and long-term value.
• Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Demo and iterate with customers in the product to translate AI capabilities into business value.
• Refine Higgsfield's enterprise GTM motion and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership.
