Convergint is seeking a Senior Account Executive to generate new business and expand existing accounts in service and installation solutions for educational, healthcare, industrial, and commercial buildings. You will prospect in a defined geography and develop Key and National Account relationships to drive market share.

The role emphasizes a customer-first culture, integrity, and growth, with a focus on delivering results as part of a dynamic team nationwide.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in account development or related field.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to close deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Sell core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets.
• Build relationships with consultants, owners and building managers.
• Translate client needs into detailed proposals and plans.
• Communicate project requirements and timelines to the team and client.
• Assist with cost reviews and project change proposals as needed.
