Qualifications

• 4–10 years in sales, recruiting, or a customer-facing role.
• 2–3 years in recent roles strongly preferred.
• Proven success in a high-performance, quota-carrying sales or business development role.
• Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills.
• Competitive, financially motivated with uncapped earning potential.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality — you generate opportunity, not wait for it.
• Coachable and resilient with the ability to adapt quickly and operate with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach and prospecting to closing and account growth
• Build and grow a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Partner consultatively with clients to understand and solve their hiring needs
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to deliver qualified talent solutions
