Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Account Executive to prospect and close sales with new customers while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. The role emphasizes developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets in a hybrid work model that includes client site visits and work-from-home days.

The SAE will manage a sales pipeline, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with operations to optimize solutions and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or in lieu of degree, 4 years of related work experience in B2B sales.
• 4 years of direct B2B sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospecting are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales to achieve budgeted goals and grow billable value.
• Manage accounts and relationships to secure renewals, retention, and expansion.
• Develop and implement selling strategies; maintain pipeline and forecast."
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers to resolve issues and optimize pricing and services.
