Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Account Executive to prospect and close sales with new customers while managing existing relationships to meet budgeted sales and price goals. The role focuses on developing selling strategies, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across accounts.

The SAE will conduct customer site visits the majority of the week, with the remainder of time spent working from home. Incentive pay is available based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or 4 years of relative work experience.
• 4 years of direct business-to-business sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospecting are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales to new customers to meet budgeted goals.
• Develop and implement selling strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Manage existing accounts with retention strategies and contract renewals.
• Conduct customer site visits most weeks; remaining time work from home.
• Negotiate contracts and secure agreements; resolve escalations and inquiries.
