Job summary

WM seeks a Senior Account Executive to prospect and close sales with new customers while nurturing existing relationships. The SAE will develop selling strategies to achieve budgeted sales goals and protect profitability across assigned accounts.

This role includes maintaining relationships to minimize churn and securing contracts from non-contracted customers. This position requires most of the week on customer site visits, with the remainder of the week working from home, and is eligible for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 4 years of direct B2B sales, including cold calling and phone-based prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales opportunities to meet budgeted goals.
• Develop and implement selling strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage prospect database and maintain sales pipeline.
• Maintain and grow relationships to achieve retention and price goals.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers and Plant Managers to resolve issues.
