Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise spaces. The role targets HRMS/Payroll solutions with a focus on New Logo hunting and quota attainment.

Strong presentation and relationship-building skills are required to succeed in a competitive SaaS environment. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 annually with the potential for earnings growth through an incentive compensation plan and commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeded quotas.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for HCM, Payroll solutions and services.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts.
