UKG seeks a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. You will present HCM products to decision makers, develop strategic proposals, and leverage a strong SaaS/HCM background to close complex deals.

The role emphasizes hunter sales, territory management, and collaboration with an experienced support staff to accelerate contract closures and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeded sales quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry and competitive landscape.

Responsabilités

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users in the territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for HCM, Payroll solutions and services.
• Maintain knowledge of products and capabilities and incorporate updates into presentations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Application Consultant team for proposals, RFPs, and demos.
