Job summary

Entegee is seeking an Account Executive to complete sales training and establish new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts. You will foster relationships with clients and use established strategies to increase sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business and at least one year of sales experience; five years of combined education/experience may be substituted for a degree. Strong communication and CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in staffing or HR solutions highly desirable.
• Five years of equivalent post-high-school education/experience may be substituted for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Sells solutions/services using existing strategies.
• Establishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Develops relationships with key client contacts.
• Assists with negotiating client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.
• Assists with negotiating pricing and pay models.
• Understands service offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Supports service improvements implementations.
• Produces sales forecasts and related reports.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
