Entegee seeks an Account Executive to complete sales training and generate new sales within an existing portfolio of accounts. You will nurture key client relationships, apply proven strategies and solutions, and support profitability and client satisfaction through effective account management.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least one year of sales experience; five years of combined education/experience may substitute for the degree.
The Account Executive is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts. Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients. Utilizes existing strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is required. Previous experience in the staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable. A minimum of five (5) years of equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $48,542 - $88,994 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
