Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal and interpersonal channels.
• Comfortable with prospecting and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a disciplined approach to tasks.
• Experience using CRM systems for account development and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and drive long-term value.
• Make customer calls and offer practical solutions to generate loyalty and repeat business.
• Develop relationships of value with customers and coworkers to enhance experiences.
• Identify competitive strengths and opportunities to keep the company ahead in the market.
• Research and propose alternate opportunities for sales growth within the dealership area.
• Own the entire sales cycle and lead 100 Day Account strategy plans.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
