Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Morton, IL is seeking a Senior Account Executive to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth. You will lead the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and report to the sales leadership team.

The role offers a base salary with commissions, with opportunities for earnings growth based on performance. A CDL is preferred or willingness to obtain one; experience with CRM systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Sales, Business, Automotive Tech, or related) or 5+ years in sales/BD/marketing.
• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Comfortable with prospecting and networking to generate new business.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; disciplined task management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle and drive 100 Day Account plans.
• Collaborate with service/parts/sales teams to expand market reach.
• Develop relationships with customers and coworkers to improve experience.
• Identify competitive strengths/weaknesses and propose growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research to propose alternate sales opportunities within the dealership area.
