Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related parts, sales, or service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a pioneering spirit and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products to new customers to create positive experiences.
• Make a minimum of 10 sales calls per week on the assigned route.
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery of existing orders.
• Regularly service existing accounts and communicate with clients to learn their needs.
• Discuss parts features with customers and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Maintain thorough documentation in reports, quotes, and internal channels.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.
