Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Automotive Tech, or related field OR 5+ years of sales/BD/marketing experience.
• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and interpersonal channels.
• Comfortable prospecting and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with disciplined task management.
• Exceptional customer management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the transportation/truck industry and with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service/parts/sales teams to expand market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Make customer calls and provide practical solutions to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Build valuable relationships with customers and colleagues to improve the customer experience.
• Identify market strengths/weaknesses and stay ahead with continuous learning and adaptation.
• Research and propose opportunities for sales growth within the dealership area.
• Own the full sales cycle and lead 100 Day Account strategy plans to drive growth.
• Team up with leadership to continuously enhance customer experiences.
• Perform additional duties to support business needs.
