Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and strengthen relationships with customers in our trucking and service network.

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, collaborate with service, parts and sales teams, and leverage a CRM to track opportunities. Base pay ranges $45,000–$55,000 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in sales or related field required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with service, parts and sales teams to maximize penetration.
• Identify opportunities and present practical solutions to customers.
• Maintain customer records and forecast using CRM.
