You will work closely with service/parts/sales teams to increase market penetration and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Ideal candidates bring proven sales success, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in relevant sales/BD/marketing experience.
• Excellent communication across written and verbal channels.
• Strong prospecting and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service/parts/sales to grow market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Call customers and offer practical solutions to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and coworkers for a positive environment.
• Identify market strengths/weaknesses and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Research and propose opportunities for sales growth within the dealership area.
• Own the full sales cycle and lead 100 Day Account strategy plans.
