Job summary

Production Partners Inc is seeking a senior Account Executive to close strategic deals in Aurora, IL. You will work with product teams to position offerings and craft messaging for buyers, while framing ROI ROI that CFOs can defend.

Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast monthly bookings, then spot churn risks and win back accounts. The ideal candidate brings MEDDPICC mastery, ABM and inbound sales experience, and a demonstrated ability to mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• Senior Account Executive with strong deal-closing track record.
• Mentorship or coaching experience with teammates.
• Solid understanding of ABM and Inbound Sales in real-world settings.
• Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC in sales processes.
• Patience to mentor without taking over the process.
• Familiarity with Production Partners Inc-scale workflows or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Aurora region.
• Craft messaging tailored to sales marketing buyers and decision-makers.
• Frame the ROI metrics an Aurora, IL CFO can defend internally.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast monthly bookings.
• Identify Aurora accounts at risk of churn and win them back.
• Explain why IL buyers say yes and leverage that insight.
