ElevenLabs seeks an experienced enterprise sales leader to own a named NA portfolio. You will drive new business and expansion across ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI, engaging CTOs and engineering leaders to craft multi-product, multi-year strategies.

You will shape deals that span product lines, manage complex negotiations, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-growing AI platform ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with strategic or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led orgs.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure+ deals within named accounts.
• Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with engineering/product leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines.
• Close large, multi-product and usage-based deals with complex structures.
• Build deep relationships across engineering, product, platform, and exec stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into roadmaps.
