Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenProductions growth across North America. You will build and manage a portfolio of new accounts in Media & Entertainment, publishing, and other industries utilizing AI audio services at scale.

The role emphasizes deep partnerships with customers, executive-level relationship-building, and collaboration with success and engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding and expansion of accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying technology sales experience, ideally in Media & Entertainment.
• Deep understanding of and interest in the service provider approach – end-to-end partnerships with customers.
• Comfort building exec-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across Media & Entertainment, publishing, and other industries adopting services powered by AI audio at scale.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand ElevenLabs’ service provider footprint presence within key accounts.
• Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers in how they adopt and deploy ElevenLabs technology at scale.
