Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with consumer brands and travel sectors. You will own large, multi-stakeholder deals and partner with engineers to solution high-impact AI voice use cases.

This remote-first role requires travel and strong C-suite engagement to deliver strategic value. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, a track record of seven-figure closes, and comfort selling to both technical and business buyers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or tech.
• Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises (QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel/hospitality/airlines).
• Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Experience selling to both technical and business buyers and translating tech into business value.
• Willingness to travel frequently and operate in EST/CST/PST timezones.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across consumer brands and travel sectors.
• Identify opportunities where conversational AI drives growth, automation, or cost savings.
• Develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and use cases.
• Demonstrate expertise in ElevenLabs' voice tech and value across customer support and marketing.
• Develop and execute account strategies across buying groups and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution use cases and run Value Proofs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor educating clients on AI/voice and shaping playbooks.
