Pareto, a UK-based workplace technology specialist, is expanding into Germany with a remote-friendly Senior Account Executive role. You will own the Germany region, targeting enterprise workspace projects and building C-level relationships across CRE, Workplace Experience, and IT/AV teams.
The role focuses on premium, infrastructure-led workplace transformations, requires 5+ years in AV tech or related sales, and fluency in German and English.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in AV tech, unified communications, or smart office fit-outs.
- Experience selling to enterprise workspace projects.
- Ability to navigate long, complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong network of German corporate buyers or IT/CRE stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the Germany region as the senior regional face of the brand.
- Identify and close high-ticket enterprise workspace projects.
- Develop relationships across CRE, Workplace Experience, and Enterprise IT/AV teams.
- Educate and collaborate with design/build partners and workspace architects.
- Drive consultative, infrastructure-led workplace transformations.
- Manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with the broader European team to scale in Germany.
