Accounting Search is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. The role emphasizes lead generation, client development, and maintaining strong relationships, with an emphasis on profitability and growth of the sales territory. The position offers an ambitious earnings potential with an OTE of $200,000+ and requires a strong network in the legal industry.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership toward profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base and contributes to client training programs.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Develop and maintain a customer database and promotional materials.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities; manage cases with customer service.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery and analyze market pricing.
• Develop presentations and negotiate with clients; present contracts and provide training.
