Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Regional Account Executive for the Convenience & AFH segment in the United States. You will be responsible for driving revenue, distribution, and trade spend across key distributors and retailers, while leading broker relationships and cross-functional teams.

Your focus will be on maximizing shelf presence, pricing, and promotional effectiveness, with extensive travel to retailer appointments, broker meetings, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RSFM/RSM roles within food/beverage
• Bachelor’s or related experience preferred
• Experience with AFH and Convenience channels is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to manage large datasets
• Experience in sales planning and forecasting
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-sufficient with attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work with distributors and brokers
• Comfort with travel for retailer and distributor meetings

Responsibilities

• Total sales and P+L responsibility for key distributors and retailers
• Drive new product/distribution initiatives
• Direct distributors, brokers, and internal resources to hit sales objectives
• Manage budgets and trade spend
• Deliver distribution, shelf, pricing, and promotional objectives
• Monitor expenditures in line with revenues
• Identify new business opportunities
• Plan monthly calendar with extensive travel for retailer/broker/distributor meetings
• Oversee East C-Store, AFH Broker, and Vistar Business
• Broker management and quarterly business reviews
• Promote products at national and regional shows
• Represent the company at trade shows and events
