Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive revenue and distribution for Convenience & AFH. You will lead a team of distributors and brokers, manage budgets, and push promotional programs across key accounts.

The role requires strong data storytelling, travel up to 50%, and a hunter mentality to uncover new distribution opportunities and grow the AFH and Convenience channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as RSFM or RSM in food/beverage industry.
• Experience with multiple retail environments is preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required for managing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Total sales and P+L responsibility for key distributors and retailers.
• Drive new product/category distribution initiatives.
• Direct distributors, brokers, and internal resources to meet sales goals.
• Manage account budgets in line with sales revenue and trade spend.
• Plan monthly calendar including retailer appointments, broker meetings, and trade shows.
