Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Sr. Account Executive – Convenience & AFH in NAV region to drive revenue and distribution for Convenience, AFH, and related channels.

You will coordinate distributors, brokers, and internal teams to achieve sales and distribution objectives while managing budgets and travel to retailer and broker meetings. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in RSFM/RSM roles in food/beverage, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proven ability to forecast, plan, and tell a

Qualifications

• 3+ years as RSFM or RSM in the food/beverage industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience preferred.
• Experience working with multiple retail environments preferred.
• Experience in AFH and Convenience Channels preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to manage large data sets.
• Experience in sales planning and forecasting.
• Ability to tell a story with data.
• Manage project scope, timeline and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and distribution objectives for Convenience, AFH and related channels.
• Direct distributors, brokers, and internal resources to meet sales goals.
• Manage account budgets proportional to sales revenue.
• Deliver distribution, shelf, pricing and promotional objectives.
• Monitor expenditures in line with sales revenues.
• Plan monthly calendar with extensive travel for retailer/broker meetings and trade shows.
• Lead broker management and quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee promotional calendars and trade planning.
• Represent the company at national/regional trade shows.
