Job summary

Adthena is hiring an Account Executive to lead full-cycle new business in the US. You will own the pipeline from discovery to signature, closing deals with enterprise and mid-market brands, and translating their needs into value stories.

This remote-first, hybrid role offers options in Austin or remote US East Coast, a multi-million dollar pipeline, and collaboration with marketing, services, and partners to hit ambitious ARR targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing new logos as an AE, preferably in MarTech, AdTech or paid search, and you still want to carry a bag.
• Sold into complex organisations: layers of hierarchy, buying committees, 60-120 day cycles, across enterprise and mid-market.
• 100%+ of quota in at least 2 of the last 3 years.
• Sandler training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle new business. $1M ARR quota, 30% win rate.
• Discovery to signature. No pre-sales handoff.
• You own your pipeline. 40% comes from your own PG; marketing and partners bring the rest.
• You won't write cold emails. AI researches and writes outbound; you QC it and pick up the phone.
