• 3–5 years of direct B2B software sales experience.
• Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Familiarity with selling services to SMBs and executives is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new commercial accounts within defined market segments.
• Qualify inbound leads to determine fit with Athena's services.
• Outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, social selling, and networking events.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to hit and exceed sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Experience, and Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding.
