Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Account Director to manage a key client relationship and set strategic direction across multiple service lines. You will lead a team of Directors and Sr. Managers to deliver excellent service and financial performance.

You will drive governance, contract management, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities while fostering talent development and cross-functional collaboration within Global Occupier Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in a management capacity with direct team leadership.
• Client, P&L and contract management experience.
• Experience managing integrated facilities or multi-service accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and set strategic direction for the account.
• Manage account governance, contract delivery, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee account P&L, profitability, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead talent development and performance reviews across the team.
