Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Director to lead executive client relationships and drive strategic real estate and workplace outcomes for one or more complex accounts. This role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering measurable business value.

You will shape multi-year plans, govern service delivery, manage P&L, and coordinate teams across geographies and service lines to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace services, outsourcing, or financial services.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional, matrixed account teams with multi-geography oversight.
• Ability to translate client strategy into an integrated real estate and workplace program and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across CRE, finance, procurement and risk.
• Maintain understanding of the client’s enterprise strategy and translate objectives into an account vision and multi-year plan.
• Lead governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across service lines and geographies.
• Oversee profitability, contractual obligations, renewals, and growth opportunities with cross-functional partners.
