Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Director in Santa Clara, CA to lead one or more client accounts within Global Occupier Services. This role drives profitability, client satisfaction, and top-tier service delivery across IFM and project services.

The position requires a strong P&L mindset, deep client relationships, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. A minimum of 10 years in senior management and solid financial acumen are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years at a senior management level or similar capacity.
• Experience in directly leading and managing multi-discipline teams.
• Client, P&L and contract management experience.
• Experience in management of an integrated services account including IFM, PDS, Portfolio Administration and Strategic Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and contract performance outcome of one or more account teams.
• Understand the client’s business goals to align real estate services with objectives.
• Establish and implement the overall vision, strategy and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead account governance processes and ensure delivery of all contract deliverables.
• Mentor and develop account talent and promote diversity & inclusion.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal and other partners to drive revenue and service delivery.
