Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd in Dublin, OH seeks a Senior Workforce Absence Team Lead to oversee daily operations of claim examiners and technical staff across multiple client programs. You will provide strategic guidance, mentoring, and ensure quality, compliance and efficiency in claims handling.

You will serve as a liaison to clients, lead meetings, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across programs while managing workloads and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six years of related claim experience or equivalent, including at least two years of multi-client supervisory experience.
• Experience in claims management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary operational contact for clients across multiple programs and leads client meetings.
• Supervises examiners/technical staff, manages workloads and provides mentorship.
• Oversees claim processes, ensures quality and compliance, and drives operational improvements.
• Tracks KPIs, prepares reports on trends and performance, supports client reviews.
