Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six years of related claim experience or equivalent, including two years of multi-client supervisory experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in jurisdictional and technical claims adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of examiners and technical staff across client programs.
• Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and support strategic initiatives.
• Mentor staff, provide guidance, and monitor claim coding and documentation quality.
• Develop action plans to address operational challenges and improve outcomes.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and support client reviews.
