Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workforce Absence Team Lead to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff handling disability claims for clients. You will monitor workloads, provide training, and ensure quality and compliance across adjudication processes.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with management on improvements, maintain client communication, and ensure licensing and documentation standards are upheld across the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as applicable to line of business

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for disability claims.
• Provide training and direction on examiner reports and claims adjudication.
• Monitor workload, run management reports, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure files are properly coded and documented; maintain client relationship.
