Job summary

Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud company, is hiring a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to drive 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for our Enterprise accounts in a fast-growing environment. You will partner with Enterprise Sales, digital, content, demand generation, and field marketing to tailor plays across the buyer's journey, with a focus on measurable pipeline impact and revenue growth.

This is a remote role for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ABM, demand generation, and enterprise B2B marketing, with a focus on SaaS and high-tech solutions.
• Experience building and running 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs — account selection input, buying committee mapping, personalized content and campaign development

Responsibilities

• Own 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategy and execution for a prioritized portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts
• Partner closely with Enterprise Sales teams to lead bi-weekly 1:1 account planning sessions and develop tailored plans for specific accounts
• Build buying-group plays that reach multiple stakeholders on a committee with coordinated, personalized messaging across the buyer's journey
• Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales by identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and aligning marketing effort to account priorities
• Orchestrate cross-functional partners in digital, content, demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to bring account programs to life
• Own account progression and closed-loop reporting for your portfolio, delivering measurable impact on pipeline and closed-won, with a recommendation attached to every read-out
• Manage program budget with accurate cost tracking at the account and play level
